Task: 2.4.5 - Create Or Update Governance Model

Define in the governance model the ownership of the processes and elements of the Application Landscape (applications). This helps to check the stakeholders involved in the change. Collect and document business requirements regarding the current governance only if they are not yet documented in the existing Business Requirements Catalogue. .

Main Description

The objective of this task is to gain a clear understanding of the governance of the Business Context model, the business process model, the information model and the Application Landscape. Key in this task is to limit the governance model to the processes and elements in scope. A governance model already available at the client must be validated on its suitability.
